That's right, FREE TAI-CHI instruction from 10:30 to 11:30 - Monday, Wednesday & Friday !!! If you ever wanted to try Tai-Chi, NOW IS THE TIME. This free instruction offers Western New Yorkers a very precious opportunity to study the Yang Style of Tai Chi as the Red Dragon School of Martial Arts is an *OFFICIAL YANG CHENGFU TAI CHI CENTER*.
